Therapy that goes beyond the surface.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and PSYPACT clinician providing virtual therapy to clients across most states in the U.S. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with particular expertise in anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship concerns, ADHD, depression, grief and loss, and navigating stressful life transitions.

I believe effective therapy begins with understanding you as a whole person—not simply a set of symptoms. Your experiences, relationships, strengths, challenges, and the patterns you've developed over time all shape how you experience yourself and the world around you. Together, we'll develop a deeper understanding of what's happening, what may be keeping you stuck, and what can help you move forward.

My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy, allowing us to address both the challenges you're experiencing now and the deeper patterns and experiences that may contribute to them. Depending on your needs, therapy may include practical strategies for managing symptoms and making changes in the present, deeper exploration and insight, or a combination of both.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University (LIU), where I also taught psychology as a professor. My clinical experience spans hospitals, college counseling, residential treatment, and private practice, giving me experience working with a wide range of concerns and individuals at different stages of life.

I serve as the  clinical director of Northeast Psychological Wellness, a group psychotherapy practice where I supervise and mentor early-career therapists in addition to my clinical work.

My training also includes specialized evidence-based approaches for specific concerns, including:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD
  • Exposure-based treatment for anxiety disorders and phobias
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
